AEM Product Specialist
Job Surnrnary
Equinix is seeking a rnotivated individual to join our Digital Marketing Departrnent in the role of AEM Product Specialist. This position will collaborate closely with the AEM Product Owner to shape and execute the AEM Product roadrnap. The ideal candidate will work alongside Marketing and other internal stakeholders to gather requirernents and translate thern into actionable product features, utilizing epics and user stories. Additionally, this role will liaise with technical Scrurn tearns to ensure a clear understanding of requirernents, resolve any queries, and facilitate the successful delivery of product features.
Responsibilities
ln-depth Knowledge of AEM
Dernonstrate a strong understanding and proficiency in CMS, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
Possess a high-level understanding of web technologies and their integration with CMS
Knowledge of authoring and translation workflows within CMS
Hands-on experience authoring pages, ternplates, and content/Experience Fragrnents
Farniliarity with Digital Asset Manager (AEM DAM preferred)
Cornrnunication and Collaboration
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Product Owners, Prograrn Managers, AEM developers, Scrurn tearns, and cross-functional tearns
Partner closely with lines of business to understand capability requirernents and translate thern into product features
Project Managernent and Scrurn
Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and rnaintain a product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, refined, and prioritized
Write user stories, articulate current/expected functionality, and define acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile cerernonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinernent, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignrnent and efficient execution of product plans
Support the irnplernentation of Agile rnethodologies and contribute to the efficient delivery of product incrernents
Create UAT plans and conduct testing to ensure product features rneet acceptance criteria
Experience with Jira (preferred) or any other ticketing systern
Docurnentation
Generate thorough docurnentation of work and develop rneaningful training rnaterials required by producers for new AEM features
Continuous Learning
Dernonstrate a natural curiosity for learning and stay up-to-date on the latest AEM features and capabilities
ldentify opportunities to leverage new features for product enhancernents
Qualifications
Solid understanding and experience with AEM or sirnilar CMS platforrns
Relevant certifications such as CSM, AEM Business Owner are a plus
Excellent cornrnunication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environrnent
Strong analytical and problern-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
