As an Analyst I, Finance and Accounting, you are responsible for examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting records to prepare financial statements, provide advice, and audit and evaluate statements prepared by others. Additionally, you will install or advise on systems for recording costs or other financial and budgetary data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the company’s financial processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

—Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
—Advise management on matters such as resource utilization, tax strategies, budget oversight, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
—Install, configure, and maintain financial systems for recording costs or other financial and budgetary data while ensuring data integrity and alignment with company policies.
—Assist internal and external auditors with the annual audit process, providing necessary information and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
—Provide guidance on financial matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices to various departments within the company.
—Perform ad hoc analyses or reports as necessary, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
—Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
