Program Overview

Position Overview
• Provide analytical support based on business needs within the Capital Markets and FPNA
teams.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to analyze and identify opportunities for
growth and profitability, enhancing our planning and reporting processes.
• Play a critical role in strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasts, and capital project
evaluations.

• Engage regularly with senior-level management to present your findings and
recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop financial tools to assess the viability of hotel operating forecasts
• Review, analyze, and prepare summaries of key statistical data comparing actual
monthly hotel financial statements to prior periods, budget and forecast
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment returns on proposed capital projects
• Assist with due diligence, market research, and closing activities
• Reconcile operating data for quarterly and annual financial planning and reporting
Ideal candidates will possess:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with concentration in finance, economics, accounting, real
estate, hospitality, or related area. Concentration in hospitality is a plus.
• Experience with complex modeling, analysis, budgeting and forecasting of
business impacts/trends
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and exceptional attention to detail.
Work Environment:
• Position is based in Bethesda, MD
• Onsite in the office four days a week, with one designated remote workday.
