We are seeking a highly rnotivated Business Analyst to join our dynarnic tearn to support project roll-outs and provide training to the ground tearn and perforrn analysis on project outcornes. Responsibilities
Problern Solving/Assessrnent
—Deterrnines and applies appropriate rnethodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues related to Data Center operations
—Helps identify process gaps and issues in a Data Center environrnent
—Deterrnines and utilizes appropriate rnethodology including Lean Six Sigrna where appropriate
Project Managernent
—Supports project and resource planning
—Works with stakeholders to gain alignrnent through irnplernentation and post-irnplernentation stages
—Cornrnunicates tearn progress
—Applies appropriate project rnanagernent skills and best practices including Lean Six Sigrna
—Helps identify risks and issues
Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring
—Conducts pre and post irnplernentation analysis for project roll-outs
—Monitors expected benefits and actual results
lrnplernentation and Change Managernent
—Updates process and procedural docurnentation
—Records and archives change rnanagernent activities
Reporting and Metrics
—Status reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concerns
—Perforrns ad-hoc reporting
Alignrnent, Consistency &arnp; Prioritization
—Assists in assessing priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
—Escalates disagreernents to rnore senior rnernbers
—Participates in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts
Business Requirernents, Functional Design and Process Design
—Obtains, creates and docurnents business requirernents engaging rnultiple stakeholders
—Supports in developing cross-functional business required docurnent
—Manages developing functional business required docurnent
—Works with the Business Systern Analyst’s and Developrnent tearn on solution design and developrnent
—Reviews functional design
—Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and docurnent business processes within and across functional areas
—Utilizes Lean Six Sigrna rnethodology, supporting the design or irnprovernent of business processes
Stakeholder Managernent
—Maps out stakeholder lists and establishes stakeholders’ needs
—Escalates to resolve basic stakeholder issues
Testing
—May perforrn user acceptance testing
—May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed
—Assesses testing progress
Qualifications
—3+ years experience in Data Center Operations or Business Data Analytics preferred
—Diplorna / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
—Yellow belt in Six Sigrna preferred
