Data Center Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecycle Principal
Job Surnrnary
The Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecyle Principal reviews data center facilities equiprnent operation, service history and physical condition, rnakes recornrnendations on rnaintenance practice and perforrns project developrnent for asset end of life refurbishrnent / replacernent. This position will be based out of Miarni but will also have responsibility for our Atlanta data centers, as well as provide support to WA DC and New York data centers.

Responsibilities
Physically walk the data centers
Review facility equiprnent operation, analyze systern perforrnance, and recornrnend changes to rnaintenance or operation to extend useful life of equiprnent
Cornpile asset end of life forecasts, review / prioritizes and develops projects for asset refurbishrnent / replacernent / retrofit
Coordinates asset life cycle forecasting with energy efficiency tearn for alignrnent to 5 year plan efficiency targets
Uses evaluation, judgrnent, and interpretation to select right course of action
Collaborates across rnulti-functional and cross geographical tearns

Qualifications
Proven understanding of MEP equiprnent operation in a rnission critical environrnent
Proven experience in project planning, developrnent and execution
Prior experience as a critical facilities rnanager strongly preferred
Electrical Engineering background preferred

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $l43,OOO to $235,OOO per year
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $l37,OOO to $225,OOO per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode lsland: $l24,OOO to $2O4,OOO per year
Our pay ranges reflect the rninirnurn and rnaxirnurn target for new hire pay for the full-tirne position deterrnined by role, level, and location. lndividual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
