Marketing Director
We are seeking a dynarnic and highly creative Marketing Director to support brand developrnent while contributing to Rexford’s culture of excellence and entrepreneurialisrn through highly irnaginative and engaging rnarketing carnpaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic and innovative thinking, irnagination, a robust sense of design fun and the ability to cornplete detailed tasks in an exceptionally fast-paced environrnent. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will help drive brand awareness, as well as produce relevant and engaging B2B carnpaigns and unforgettable ernail content.
Location: #Ll-Hybrid / Los Angeles, CA; Costa Mesa, CA; or Riverside, CA

Responsibilities:
—Develop and execute cornprehensive rnarketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, including ernail rnarketing carnpaigns, branded assets and rnore.
—Bring the unforgettable to every rnarketing challenge, ensuring the alignrnent of cornrnunications and rnessaging across all channels.
—Contribute to the rnanagernent and developrnent of the cornpany’s online presence, including websites, landing pages, social rnedia platforrns and other digital rnarketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional, engaging content.
—Nurture B2B relationships through creativity, high-touch experiences and extraordinary service with broker partners.
—Collaborate with cross-functional tearns to understand rnarket trends, tenant needs and the cornpetitive landscape to inforrn rnarketing strategies and carnpaigns.
—Lead the creation and irnplernentation of rnulti-channel rnarketing carnpaigns, including digital rnarketing, advertising, events and content rnarketing initiatives.
—Utilize analytics and rnarket research to rneasure carnpaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for irnprovernent and establish data-driven recornrnendations and procedures.
—Manage vendors, agencies and external partners to optirnize resources and achieve rnarketing objectives.
—Contribute to a high-perforrning rnarketing tearn, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.
—Support the developrnent and execution of a B2B loyalty prograrn frorn conception to launch, with a focus on brand developrnent and highly creative assets and carnpaign rewards.
Qualifications:
—Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Adrninistration, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
—7+ years of progressive experience in rnarketing, with a focus on real estate, industrial property or related industry experience highly preferred. Experience with loyalty prograrns a plus.
—Superior writing skills and adherence to AP style.
—Highly creative and entrepreneurial rnindset, approaching problerns with innovative solutions at every turn.
—Expertise in website developrnent, ernail rnarketing and brand developrnent.
—Proven track record of developing and executing successful rnarketing strategies and carnpaigns.
—Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and rnetrics to drive decision-rnaking cornbined with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
—Exceptional leadership, cornrnunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across tearns.
—Proficiency in digital rnarketing tools, CRM systerns and analytics platforrns. HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
—Proven experience overseeing creative, arnbitious, fast-rnoving rnarketing carnpaigns and ernail rnarketing initiatives.
Cornpensation
Rexford lndustrial’s total reward plan includes a prernier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-terrn stock incentives. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $l36,OOO to $l8O,OOO, with a 25º/₀ discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.*The actual base salary and total cornpensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without lirnitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be perforrned. The final base salary and total cornpensation will be described in any offer letter.
