Job Description

As an Analyst on the FP&A team, you will conduct quantitative analyses impacting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects of public or private institutions. Your job duties will include collecting and analyzing financial information for assigned accounts, product lines, or business units to track the organization’s progress against financial goals. You will be responsible to report current and expected financial performance and create financial models to guide decision making. Additionally, you will provide actionable recommendations through analysis of cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments for financial procedures, plans, and controls.
Primary Responsibilities
—Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support critical operational and corporate budgets
—Coordinate with Reporting team to implement the required reports and dashboards for financial business insights
—Conduct research and analysis to enhance business performance
Job Specifications
—Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
—Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments
—Ability to work independently
Education and Experience
—Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university relating to Business Management, Finance or Economics (MBA preferred)
—0-2 years of financial modeling and analytical experience
—Experience with Analysis Services preferred
—Experience with Excel
