Job Description

As a Manager III, Reservations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of clerical and administrative support staff. This role requires effective leadership skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a keen understanding of departmental and district objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

—Directly oversee the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of reservations and customer inquiries.
—Develop and implement strategies to improve reservations sales and customer satisfaction.
—Monitor and analyze reservation system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
—Work collaboratively with other departments (such as marketing, sales, and operations) to coordinate efforts and maximize bookings and revenue.
—Supervise and assist in the hiring, training, and development of reservations staff.
—Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate coaching or disciplinary actions when necessary.
—Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
—Ensure all reservation activities meet legal and ethical standards and maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
—Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
