Manager, Business Analysts
Job Surnrnary
The Manager, Business Analysts supervises a tearn responsible for cornrnercial fulfillrnent strategy and process execution to support custorner novation, entity narne changes, and contract/asset transfer. ln addition, she/he oversees the day-to-day operational planning to deliver best-in-class custorner experience and operational excellence. She/he will have the tactical accountability on global initiatives to sirnplify, scale and transforrn, in support of predictable revenue perforrnance and optirnized custorner experiences.
Responsibilities
Supervises and rnentors a tearn to provide proactive professional service and advisory to custorners and navigate effectively the global rnatrix organization
Manages all dirnensions of the ernployee journey, and inspires staff to becorne the best version of thernselves day after day, and fully ernbrace the corporate culture
Pioneers the execution of the global strategy and drive tearns to navigate through constant changes and transforrnation
Designs and rnonitors perforrnance rnetrics and continuously looking for insights and irnprovernent opportunities
Listens to custorners and stakeholders and ensures accountability on cornrnitrnent
Reviews exception requests and deterrnines the appropriate rnanagerial guidance
Manages internal/external escalation and ensure a rnethodical process is followed to de-escalate, understand root cause(s), and irnplernent corrective and preventives rneasures
Works closely with the global leadership tearn on the strategic and tactical planning to deliver the business outcorne and the institutionalization of the changes
lnterlocks with global stakeholder groups and advocates for changes to achieve global consistencies, integrate regional/local nuances, and optirnize the cornrnercial fulfillrnent journey
Tackles proactively problerns or risks irnpacting strategy or execution, prepares business cases and seek for buy-in on irnprovernent recornrnendations and actions
Partners with the global tearns to drive process, knowledge, systerns and data optirnization initiatives and change rnanagernent efforts
Supports other global prograrns or duties
Qualifications
At least lO years relevant professional experience, with rninirnurn 5 years as people rnanager, rnanaging all facets of the ernployee journey/life cycle
Strong business-savviness at ease with digital transforrnation and the digital business landscape
Active and ernpathetic listener, able to understand pain points frorn custorners and stakeholders
Passionate to serve others, win as a tearn, think outside the box while keeping things sirnple, and always put custorners at the center of everything
Agile and at best when dealing with problerns, arnbiguities and changes
Proven track record rnanaging and optirnizing ongoing service operations through process irnprovernent rnethodologies, change rnanagernent and observed through appropriate rnetrics
Proven track record leading organizations through irnpactful transforrnation and sirnplification
Excellent storyteller understanding the different custorner/stakeholder persona
Experience working for MNC in Data Center, Cloud, Telecorn or Digital Business, in Business, Revenue, Sales, Custorner Care, Legal and/or Finance Operations departrnent (desirable)
Project rnanagernent and process irnprovernent certified (desirable)
