The Manager of FP&A is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, model management, and financial analysis. The role entails close collaboration with other departments within the company (e.g. accounting, IT, property operations, SEC reporting, tax, capital management) to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting knowledge base, experience reviewing, analyzing, or preparing REIT financial statements, and a focus on data integrity and process automation.
