The Property Tax Manager will be responsible for capturing, maintaining, and analyzing all real estate tax aspects of the Welltower’s US & Canadian asset portfolio. The Property Tax Manager will also be responsible for strategically working with internal stakeholders and external third parties with an emphasis on obtaining fair real property valuations along with mitigating real estate tax liabilities.
