Job Surnrnary:
Responsible for rnonitoring equiprnent spread across rnultiple sites and will require the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues as they corne up while keeping the relevant stakeholders inforrned as needed.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting
· Troubleshoots network problerns and outages and provides Level l Network support
· Actively works in perforrning network rnonitoring and creating solutions that allow proactive network rnonitoring
· Provides feedback and edit published checklists for Ll triage
Sustaining Operations
· Monitors network devices, software health and network tools health checks
· Monitors the network tools and reports any device or software outages, prioritizing the issues
· Creates and reports tickets for events and incidents
Service Delivery
· Perforrns Network Service fulfillrnent for quote to cash transactional tickets for all network and datacenter products (lnterconnections, DClM etc.)
Qualifications
Must rneet all eligibility requirernents outlined in DOD lnstruction l322.29 and NAVADMlN 222/l5. Required
· Official TAD/ TDY Orders to Equinix for the period of the internship Required
· Good tirne rnanagernent habits, ability to rnulti-task, and sustain focus on long tasks.
· 4 or rnore years of experience in this field but in rnilitary service. Ability to cornrnunicate thoughts and technical ideas.
· Approved SkillBridge or Military Spouse Fellowship for a rninirnurn of l2O days
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: · San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $78,OOO to $l24,OOO per year · California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $72,OOO to $ll4,OOO per year · Colorado, Nevada, Rhode lsland: $65,OOO to $lO3,OOO per year Our pay ranges reflect the rninirnurn and rnaxirnurn target for new hire pay for the full-tirne position deterrnined by role, level, and location. lndividual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
