· Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including credit account set up, bank reconciliation, credit meeting and other OTC activities
· Lead an operational Order to Cash team to deliver output as per the SLAs
· Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls
· Review system entries
· Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
· Assist in internal and external audit processes
· Train new joiners
· Work towards system improvement, process improvement
· Develop team spirit and advise daily operations
· Other duties as assigned

· Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
· Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of related work experience
· Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years
