POSITION SUMMARY

Greet guests with top-notch customer service, carefully assist with luggage in and out of vehicles, and facilitate the parking and return of customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
The shift for this opening is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
—————————-
—Greet parkers and offer great customer service at every interaction.
—Carefully park customer vehicles and secure vehicle keys.
—Efficiently, quickly and carefully retrieve vehicles.
—Assist customers with payments and monthly parker sign up.
—Review systems to ensure smooth site operations.
—Inspect and assess garage conditions.
—Ensure parking and parking areas are to brand standard.
—Triage and repair equipment.
—Assist with other tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)

—1+ year of call center experience and a high school diploma (or GED).
—Thorough understanding of the paramount importance of customer service, and a commitment to continually improve the customer experience culture.
—Strong communication skills to clearly articulate and guide customers through payment, signup, and other concerns.
—Proactive team player with the confidence to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
—Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
—Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
—Demonstrated track record of accountability and responsibility for performance and work product.
—Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
—Proficiency with basic mechanical repairs.
—Working knowledge of MS Office, Skidata, IntegraPark, and TIBA.
—Flexibility to work some some weekends and holidays.
—Safely operate vehicles and possess valid Driver’s License

—Move freely throughout the property including moving up and down stairs.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU
The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $18.54 hourly. JBG SMITH offers a bonus program, renewal incentives, and a competitive benefits package; including up to $5,200 annual reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
