Elme Communities is a publicly traded company expanding from the DC metropolitan area into Southeastern markets. We are transitioning management of our portfolio in-house from third party management. To support this transition, we have created a new position for a Project Manager to manage capital construction projects, coordinate activities of vendors and coordinate with property management operations team.

You are a good fit if you have had progressively more responsible roles in a project manager role on multifamily properties, have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work collaboratively.
