The Property Administrator role at Welltower involves supporting our Outpatient Medical (OM) properties within the Florida market. Responsibilities include assisting Senior Property Manager(s) and Property Manager(s) in the day-to-day operations of the properties, managing tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare real estate.
