The NSA People & Talent team is looking for a Recruitment Manager to run our field recruiting operations focused on optimal candidate experience within the Self-Storage Industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
—Lead and develop a team of recruiters to support our hiring efforts for field related positions
—Drive recruiting process best practices, continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
—Partner with external platforms such as Indeed to maximize candidate attraction
—Explore external partnership opportunities to widen the candidate pool including veterans’ outreach
—Form partnerships with hiring managers and people operations colleagues to understand their hiring needs and market challenges to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy
—Provide leadership, development, guidance, and performance feedback to maximize the potential of your team
—Lead our data and reporting efforts, establishing and tracking key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
—Combine championing our core values of Accountability; Compassion; Integrity & Humility to attract and hire a diverse talent pool
—Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and implement new ideas and innovative solutions to drive better recruiting outcomes
Compensation / Work Hours /Locations
$65,000-$70,000 base salary + Bonus
Work hours are flexible based on location however a minimum of 3 days will require work hours until 5pm Pacific as NSA operates in 4 timezones.
This role is a fully remote position. The successful candidate can live in any of the following eligible States: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Washington.
