Under the direction of the Director of Property Management this individual is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for onsite team members, budget and financial performance, as well as overall operational management of a portfolio of properties. Additionally, the Regional Manager provides direction to onsite teams regarding company’s policies and practices to ensure operational objectives are met, in a manner aligned with company values.
