At IRT Living, we believe that maintenance is a major component to the success of any community. We work diligently at all times to foster an efficient, operational, and well-maintained home for our residents. To assist in achieving this, the Regional Service Technician is responsible for completing a wide variety of service requests, and ensuring our maintenance teams operate within various target standards on a daily basis. Under the direction of the VP of Facilities, the Regional Service Technician will travel frequently to various IRT communities, and will regularly collaborate with other on-site maintenance personnel to keep communities in excellent condition and aligned with all maintenance-related performance goals.
