ELS is hiring for the position of Restaurant Manager in Marblehead, Ohio.
What you’ll do:
Bay point Resort and Marina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our operation. As a leader at Bay Point Resort and Marina, you will play a pivotal role in developing and empowering your team, overseeing daily operations, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for all members and team members.
Your job will include:
—Oversee the daily operations of the dining room
—Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
—Train and supervise front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and runners.
—Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
—Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
—Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
—Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
—Implement and enforce food safety protocols and health regulations.
—Create and update schedules for front of house staff.
—Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members.
Experience and skills you need:
—1+ years’ experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
—Excellent communication skills
—You enjoy being a team player
—Ability to lift 15-30 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours in length
—Must be at least 18 years old
