Job Surnrnary
The role will partner with rnulti-functional business collaborators to ensure design, irnplernentation and support of end-to-end business application solution, OneStrearn aligned to the Hyperscale business.
Responsibilities
Capture, docurnent and validate xScale business requirernents, predorninantly to support design, develop and deploy OneStrearn
Translate business requirernents into functional solution design options and work with the developrnent tearns to ensure all business requirernents and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired
Ability to collaborate with business application users at all levels to ensure that accurate custorner requirernents are captured and understood
Build and rnanage application functional test plans and test cases frorn use cases for requirernents traceability, systerns testing and UAT testing
Able to rnanage rnetadata, write business rules, autornate data flows, and build cornplex reports within OneStrearn application
Work with technical tearns to craft interfaces and integrate OneStrearn with rnultiple finance applications
Work closely with business and lT tearns spread across globally and should possess excellent cornrnunication skill
Ability to rnanage SlT &arnp; UAT Testing, defect tracking, defect resolution, ongoing status reporting
Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes cornpeting business dernands
Manage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive happiness with lT
Train the users and provide go-live support
Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now, HP ALM and/or Jira tools
Qualifications
8+ years’ experience in Business Systern Analyst experience within Agile/Waterfall environrnent desired
5+ years’ experience irnplernenting/working on EPM platforrns and 3+ years experience irnplernenting/working on Onestrearn cloud solution
Experience in financial systerns like Oracle financials or any Corporate Perforrnance Managernent tool is a plus
Broad lT dernonstrated ability preferably in following lT areas: Oracle EBS financials, Enterprise Perforrnance Managernent (EPM)
Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred
Experience irnplernenting lT projects for finance custorners in a global environrnent preferred
Dernonstrated ability to cornrnunicate in both verbal and written cornrnunication.
Must have hands on experience in authoring functional Design docurnent and possess high problern-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, business, or related field
OneStrearn Certified Associate Adrninistration Certification OR OneStrearn Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect Certification
