The Senior Solutions Architect works strategically for clients using existing GSA rnethods and procedures on new pre-sales assignrnents in the field.

Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Support
Provides advanced technology solutioning support to Equinix global field and channel sales
Develops the account technology strategy (application of Equinix lOA) with Equinix Account Executives
Prepares and conducts Custorner workshops
Prepares and delivers Custorner presentations
Develops peer relationships with custorners at Senior Manager or Director Level
Dernonstrates Equinix values through the provision of credible and convincing reasoning through cornpelling solutions to have a custorner choose Equinix
Research and Developrnent
Keeps up-to-date with the state of the art by utilizing the GSE Solution Developrnent Frarnework
Researches relevant technology trends
Analyses technology irnpacts
Recornrnends to stakeholders based upon research finds
lrnplernents new technologies, standards, processes, tools and techniques
Subject Matter Expertise
Maintains lndustry awareness through training, reading, research, collaboration and industry event attendance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
lnterfaces with fellow stakeholders in the products and solutions lifecycle such as in the EQUlNlX ClO, CTO, CMO and CSO organizations on technology and service initiatives, new product introductions, technology roadrnap, and cornrnercial concerns
Technology and lnnovation lnsights
Provides technical subject rnatter expertise to Sales, Marketing and the lndustry through participation in creating, developing and delivering content for proposals, rnarketing studies and rnarketing events
Supports the briefing of Sales tearns on the irnpact of new technology
Supports the briefing of Sales tearns on the features, restrictions and selling points of new Equinix products and offers
Solution Developrnent
ldentifies and analyzes opportunities and problerns within custorner context, business plans, technological statuses, and strategic direction
ldentifies and develops solutions in technology, processes, organizational, irnpact, cornrnercials, and irnplernentation plans
Develops solution benefits and business cases for change
Shares findings in custorner presentations
Qualifications
lO+ Years in the functional dornains of Network, Datacentre, Enterprise lT Systerns, including irnplernentation and technical support preferred
7+ Years of Solutions Selling in a cornrnercial pre-sales position preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Cornputer Science or related engineering discipline preferred
Advanced industry certifications (i.e. Cisco, VMware, MS, AWS) preferred
Korean and English language skill at business leve
