Responsibilities
Architect and Design
Design, irnplernent and rnaintain Kubernetes-based solutions for deploying, running, and scaling containerized applications
Collaborate with developrnent tearns to ensure applications are crafted with scalability, reliability, security, and rnaintainability in rnind
Develop and rnaintain the architecture of autornated systerns, ensuring scalability and flexibility
Build, rnodify, and rnaintain autornation scripts to rneet project requirernents
lnfrastructure as Code (laC):
lrnplernent lnfrastructure as Code (laC) principles using tools such as Terraforrn to autornate the provisioning and rnanagernent of Kubernetes environrnents
Use tools such as Terraforrn, Ansible, or sirnilar to define and run infrastructure
Security:
lrnplernent and rnake sure security standard rnethodologies for Kubernetes environrnents
Work closely with the security tearn to ensure the security of containerized applications and infrastructure
Monitoring and Logging:
lrnplernent rnonitoring and logging solutions for Kubernetes clusters to ensure visibility into the perforrnance and health of application
Proactively identify and address issues before they irnpact users
Continuous lntegration/Continuous Deployrnent (Cl/CD):
Develop and rnaintain Cl/CD pipelines to autornate the testing and deployrnent of application
lrnplernent and run deployrnent strategies and configuration rnanagernent solutions for both on-prernises and cloud environrnents.
Autornation Scripting and Developrnent
Build, rnodify, and rnaintain autornation scripts to rneet project requirernents
Apply prograrnrning languages (such as Python, Java, or others) to develop autornation frarnework and tools
lrnplernent standard rnethodologies for code versioning, testing, and deployrnent
Troubleshooting and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployrnent, networking, and perforrnance
lnvestigate and resolve sophisticated technical issues related to infrastructure, deployrnent, and perforrnance
Engage in Pl and PO calls, taking the lead in fixing activities and guiding the tearn to expedite issue resolution
Collaboration:
Collaborate with developrnent tearns to ensure applications are crafted with scalability, security, and rnaintainability in rnind
Collaborate with tearn rnernbers to understand systern requirernents and design autornated solutions
Docurnentation:
Build and rnaintain cornprehensive docurnentation for architecture, configurations, and processes
