Currently, BSR has an immediate opening for a Service Technician to work at Ariza Plum Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Kyle, TX. The Service Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

The Service Technician will be responsible for the following:

—Daily repair and upkeep of the assigned apartment community
—Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
—Responds to work orders in a timely manner
—Performs preventative maintenance
—HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
—Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
—Lock installation and repairs
—Maintain and upkeep all pools on property
—Maintain grounds and common areas to remain free of debris and trash
—Minor plumbing
—Minor painting
—Minor carpentry
—Appliance installation and repairs
