If you answered yes to these questions, we want you to apply for the role of Senior Sustainability Reporting Analyst at Realty Income. Reporting to the Vice President of Sustainability, the Senior Sustainability Reporting Analyst will be at the forefront of coordinating our annual sustainability reporting processes and driving the adoption of best practices throughout the company.
What you will be working on:
—Coordinate and lead the process to aggregate, manage, analyze, and report on sustainability data to sustainability rating agencies and aid regulatory compliance (Sustainability Report, GRESB, S&P CSA, CDP, ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics, as well as the SEC climate rule, CSRD, and California climate bills).
—Support GHG accounting best practices with external partnerships.
—Develop and administer new data collection processes and systems to integrate across all aspects of the company to meet sustainability data needs.
—Conduct detailed quality control on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sustainability information, in coordination with other departments within the company.
—Develop cross-functional working relationship between the sustainability department and key internal stakeholders, tenants, and external partners.
—Help educate key stakeholders within the organization about existing and proposed sustainability -related reporting requirements with the potential to impact the company’s external disclosure efforts.
—Assist on continual planning for the sustainability team’s various deliverables that occur throughout the year to help ensure successful, on time execution. Create internal tracking mechanisms to monitor and measure progress toward sustainability goals and targets.
—Drive continuous system and process improvement to streamline sustainability data collection, management, and reporting requirements.
—Integrate multitudes of data sources into a business intelligence platform to assist with data-driven decision-making efforts.
—Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; assist external partners.
—Assist internal and external stakeholders with sustainability -related projects/initiatives/deliverables.
—Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the company’s public sustainability reporting microsite and information hub.
—Perform annual sustainability reporting gap analysis to identify disclosure needs and opportunities.
—Co-lead the intra-company Green Team’s philanthropic and educational efforts.
What we need from you:
—4-year BA/BS degree.
—5+ years of experience in corporate sustainability role.
—3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
—Experience performing and analyzing complex sustainability datasets in the real estate space is preferred.
—Graduate level degree in sustainability-related field a plus.

The base salary for this role is in the range of $71,707 – $116,982. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
