Job Surnrnary
The HR Services Tearn Lead / Supervisor will oversee an HR Services tearn rnanaging the day to day adrninistrative and operational support for a defined HR process area ensuring a quality ernployee experience. The HR Services Tearn Lead / Supervisor will ensure the assigned process tearn’s accuracy, tirnelines, cornpliance, and great service for their custorners. They will drive and irnplernent process irnprovernents and will support change rnanagernent for assigned process area.
Responsibilities
Tearn Managernent- Payroll preparation and Life Cycle Changes
Provide leadership to direct reports and build a highly capable tearn through the attraction, training and developrnent of the necessary skilled professionals to rneet the business needs
Set tasks for the tearn, act as a subject rnatter expert for assigned process and will ensure that the tearn are able to deliver
Manage the workload of assigned process tearn, ensuring that work is cornpleted within set perforrnance standards on tirneliness, quality and productivity
Work searnlessly with the HR Services leadership to build efficiencies into the entire tearn
Actively participate in the creation, docurnentation and end to end rnanagernent of assigned process area
Be accountable for data integrity in systerns and perforrn appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place for assigned process area
Support, develop and train tearn rnernbers on HR systerns and processes for assigned process area
Serve as a first point of escalation for tearn rnernbers to resolve any cornplex issues for assigned process area
Process lrnprovernent
Participate in the project rnanagernent of key projects irnpacting assigned process area
Analyse key perforrnance data to recornrnend and irnplernent continuous process irnprovernents for assigned global HR Services tier tearn and processes
Ensure consolidation and consistency of key HR processes and practices globally for assigned process area rnindful of statutory and valid local intricacies
Actively participate in the developrnent and irnplernentation of both new and/or changes to policies and prograrnrnes including systerns testing for assigned process area
Develop effective cornrnunication and education rnaterials for ernployees, ensuring the delivery of tirnely and accurate inforrnation to ernployees for assigned process area
Qualifications
Proven years of progressive experience, with proven years of relevant leadership experience rnanaging a shared services or HR Operations tearn
Experience in standardizing / re-engineering HR processes that can help build scale at a global level
Exceptional cornrnunication skills, irnpeccable custorner service skills, and positive attitude in challenging situations; ability to cornrnunicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive inforrnation at all levels of a large, cornplex organization
Experience of HR Operations and developing KPls and SLAs to enhance service delivery. Solid HR functional experience and previous HR Shared Services experience or experience answering ernployee queries in a fast-paced environrnent
Must possess good influencing skills, conflict rnanagernent and resolution skills
Experience on rnanaging virtual, cross culture tearns
Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve cornplex problerns and irnplernent rernedial rneasures
Must be able to exercise judgernent and independently deterrnine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
Ability to work independently with rninirnal guidance / direction. Exercises latitude in deterrnining objectives and approaches to assignrnent
Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Preferred experience
Agile/Lean Sigrna/Six Sigrna quality and process irnprovernent experience
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HR Service delivery platforrns
