To coordinate all mechanical and electrical work with the mill manger, plant superintendents, supervisors, and support staff. To develop and manage a preventative and predictive maintenance program and inventory tracking procedures. To provide leadership for all maintenance employees of the assigned mill. Oversee installation, repair and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment and coordination of outside contractors, with a primary focus on safe and continuous operation of all equipment and facilities. Organize and implement TPM (Total Predictive Maintenance) at the site if applicable.
