As a member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage and execute Talent Acquisition strategies for our corporate and regional teams. The TA Partner will develop and implement recruitment programs to attract and manage the talent pool, develop recruitment programs to meet talent strategies and goals, and play an integral role in supporting the overall Talent Acquisition function. Responsibilities include working with hiring managers companywide to develop and execute strategies for sourcing, assessing and selecting top talent in support of BXP business goals. This role will work in cross collaboration with the HR Business Advisors, the Total Rewards team, and other members of the HR department. This role will directly manage external recruiters and sources to deliver efficient and high quality recruitment operations.
