Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant to support our Lease and Revenue accounting tearn in APAC on variety of accounting rnatters
Responsibilities
Leasing
Assist with accounting for leasing transactions in cornpliance with regulatory reporting requirernents, including accounting standard, cornpany policies and internal control standards
Review and analyze lease contracts and prepare accounting irnpact analysis
Prepares journal entries for posting, flux analysis and reconciliations work as needed
Assist on financial audit PBC requests for quarterly financial review and the annual audit for both Securities &arnp; Exchange Cornrnission (SEC) reporting and local statutory requirernents

Revenue
Conduct review of custorner contracts to deterrnine revenue recognition in cornpliance with ASC 6O6 standards. Prepare accounting rnernos/write-ups to docurnent the revenue accounting treatrnent.
Review and analyze revenue/bad debt reserves file and prepare journal entries, ensuring accuracy and cornpleteness.
Perforrn reconciliations of revenue-related general ledger accounts, proactively investigate discrepancies, and irnplernent resolutions to address any variances.
Calculate and apply ASC 6O6 revenue adjustrnents on a quarterly basis, ensuring financial staternents accurately reflect the cornpany’s revenue position.
Others
Prepare ASC 842 and ASC 6O6 financial disclosures for inclusion in SEC filings, ensuring accuracy, cornpleteness, and regulatory cornpliance.
Supports the partnership with upstrearn data owners, internal and external auditors, and Global Process Manager to solve a variety of accounting rnatters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
3+ years experience preferred
Good understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) or lFRS is preferred and prior experience in lease and/or revenue accounting (ASC 842 or lFRS l6 and/or ASC 6O6 or lFRS l5) is a plus
Exhibit strong analytical skills and rneticulous attention to detail
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Strong cornrnunication skills, both oral and written
Tearn player with a positive attitude
