ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance Worker in Fall City, Washington.
What you’ll do: Part time year round. 28 hrs/wk
As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring technical and manual labor skills, including honeywagon pumping, propane pumping, water break repairs, toilet and shower plumbing, pool/spa chemical balancing/cleaning, weedeating/mowing, tractor work, building maintenance and more. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions including extreme hot and cold. You work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS. Shifts can include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Summer peak season hours differ from off season winter hours. All employees are cross trained in restroom cleaning and potentially ranger/guest check in. After hours answering service calls required and ability to respond to maintenance emergencies after hours. We are open 24/7/365.

Your job will include: Generous RV rent discount. RV must meet rig standards and be RVIA certified.
Work closely with management and supervisor to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
Attend monthly staff meetings and customer service training.
Communicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management, other staff and guests.
Follow all PPE and safety precautions as required by the company.
Report maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
Complete monthly on line safety and compliance courses.
You may be required to move heavy objects. and you may drive maintenance trucks and golf carts to various locations on the property.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills & experience you need:
High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
Prefer 1-3 years experience or transferable skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Estimated Compensation: $18-$18.54/hr
