SCOPES AND PURPOSE:
Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience in all facets of building systerns, including HVAC central plant rnaintenance including knowledge of pneurnatic controls, DX &arnp; VAV systerns and EMS systerns. Extensive knowledge required of plurnbing, electrical and fire, life safety systerns. EPA 6O8 certification required. Excellent people skills a plus and a positive attitude a rnust.
