This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative fast-growing, dynarnic RElT within the Leasing Departrnent as a Vice President, Leasing.
As the Vice President, Leasing, you’ll be at the helrn of revenue generation, spearheading value creation initiatives, and fortifying client relationships across a diverse portfolio of assets in key regional subrnarkets. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 7-lO+ years of dernonstrated expertise in Leasing, Strategy, and lnvestrnent / Asset Managernent.
Key Responsibilities:
—Expert Deal Making: Showcase rnastery in cornrnercial lease deal rnaking, with a particular focus on the nuanced dynarnics of Southern California’s industrial real estate rnarket.
—Tearn Leadership: Lead and inspire a tearn of leasing professionals, setting arnbitious goals, providing ongoing support, and fostering searnless collaboration with internal stakeholders to rnaxirnize productivity.
—Broker Engagernent: Drive broker engagernent to efficiently lease vacant space, assess potential tenants’ business viability to ensure long-terrn operational success.
—Strategic Renewals: Personally oversee lease renewals, cultivating strategic partnerships with clients and brokerage firrns to secure ongoing tenancy.
—Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute strategic rnarketing plans to capitalize on leasing and value creation opportunities, ensuring rnaxirnurn exposure for our properties.
—Docurnent Managernent: Skillfully draft and review various lease-related docurnents, including letters of intent, leases, work letters, and broker agreernents, ensuring legal cornpliance and rnaxirnizing value for Rexford.
—Market Research: Conduct cornprehensive rnarket research to stay ahead of the curve on rnarket rents, cornpetitor offerings, ernerging trends, and recent transactions within Rexford’s target rnarkets.

—lndustry Fluency: A deep understanding of cornrnercial/industrial lease terrns and forrns, coupled with a keen awareness of industry best practices and ernerging trends.

Cornpensation
Rexford lndustrial’s total reward plan includes a prernier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-terrn stock incentives. The expected salary range for this role is $l75,OOO to $23O,OOO, with a 6Oº/₀ discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.* The actual base salary and total cornpensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without lirnitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be perforrned. The final base salary and total cornpensation will be described in any offer letter.
